EXACT Patient Experience 2.0 solution wins ADIA Innovation Award

The Patient Experience 2.0 solution, which integrates with EXACT dental software, was launched in May 2020 to help minimise the risk of COVID-19 transmission.
Patient Experience 2.0 helps pre-screen patients with a COVID-19 questionnaire and prompts them to complete digital pre-appointment forms prior to arrival. Their responses are saved directly into EXACT dental software.
This innovative solution also enables patients to self-check-in at a practice without any interaction with humans or objects by simply clicking a button on their phones.

In 2020, the company was recognised as a finalist in the Innovation Category for their Customer Success Program.
